Squats, alternating lunges, Glute kick backs, Barbell Glute bridge, (leg and Glute session)

A set to work your glutes, Elevated Plie Dumbbell squats, Dumbbell Bench step ups (10 on each leg ), Wide Goblet Squat. Do 3 sets of 10 and you will feel the burn. Give it a try and see what ye think.
