Minsan yung pinaka-importanteng player…
siya yung hindi napapansin.

Yung dumedepensa.
Yung sumasalo ng pressure.
Yung willing magsakripisyo para sa sistema.

Pero maraming player
hindi kayang tanggapin yan.

Kapag hindi sila yung may spotlight…
nawawalan ng energy.

Kapag hindi sila napopost…
akala nila wala silang value.

At doon nasisira ang team.

Na-realize ko to bilang coach:

Maraming talented players
ang hindi nagiging champion…

kasi mas mahal nila ang ego nila
kaysa sa panalo.

Kasi ang tunay na champion…
hindi insecure sa role niya.

Basta alam niya
na may ambag siya sa panalo.

At sa buhay ganun din.

Hindi laging ikaw ang bida.
Hindi laging ikaw ang center.

Pero kapag natuto kang tumulong,
magsakripisyo,
at manalo kahit tahimik lang role mo…

doon ka nagiging dangerous.

Kasi mature ka na.

At kadalasan…
yung mga taong hindi uhaw sa spotlight…
sila pa yung tunay na panalo sa dulo.
