Neck Pain, I call it Teck Neck, The common injury in corporate executives due to irregular posture resulting in neck pain, stiffness, and soreness, is a problem that’s getting worse.

Saad came to me to lose belly fat two years ago,

After a detailed physical assessment and PARQ, I know his posterior chain is weaker than the interior chain.

He later told me that he takes pain killer daily to avoid neck pain, and believe me, I was sure its due to long hours of sitting and the weakening of the pilling muscles.

Saad is an active CFO and mostly spends 8-10 hours sitting,

Firstly we agreed to consult with an orthopaedic, so we would clearly understand if it was not chronic pain or related to Cervical Disc. It was getting there, but the doctor advised us to strengthen the traps and rhomboid muscles to prevent disc damage.

Later that evening, we started with light rehab exercises, including some strength training for the lower body,

I added some walks to his program and told him to stay active at work if possible.

Now saad is out of medication and living an active life, he ran a 10k marathon, and I am thrilled and proud of him.

Shoulders Mobility Win in 3 Weeks Time

Sharing a small win by my client improving his shoulders mobility in 3 weeks time.

Why so fast?

We basically worked on it 2 years ago for 6 months but he couldn’t maintain due to busy schedule.

Last month we started again and i was really impressed by the muscles memory and how fast it went back to where we left 2 years ago.

Which basically a positive sign of being active and if you do and somehow you couldn’t even for few years, it won’t take long to get back.

So you shouldn’t be worried about how you will get started and reach your previous best.

The point is, you should just start, and eventually you will get there, even in better shape.

Thanks to Naeem for leaving valuable feedback, Naeem hassam trained with me for more than a year and got amazing results.

The most important was learning about the food, calories, RMR, TDEE, and making a relationship with food, that how he controlled his type 2 diabetes and improved his muscular strength,

We totally lost 26kg in total over 2 years and that was possible because of education about nutrition and strength training.

most people think once they hit their 50’s it will be hard for them to achieve a healthy body, but reality is “ if you don’t put the effort and commitment you will always struggle to get in shape.

Getting a healthy body is similar to having a successful business or career, you really have to put lots of time, dedication, in understanding the fundamentals and enhance your knowledge overtime.
