We all need a break sometimes.
You should know how to rest but not quit☝️
Many of you probably experienced after 2-3 months of consistency working out , you reached some point that you feel stuck with results and you are slowly losing the motivation. The energy drops , you don’t feel like Training, you start having cheat meals and you go to your old bad habits.
It’s IMPORTANT to know that this is Normal and everyone passes through it.
The POWER is to know that that is only because your body or mind were exhausted and you simply needed a break !
But as long as your break is prolonged, it will be way more difficult to start back!
Listen your body ,but don’t give a chance to your mind to destroy it.

Did you know?🤔🫣

It is common sense that vitamins and minerals are essential to your well-being. However, do you know how each nutrient helps your health? Vitamin D has numerous benefits to your mind and body. It should be easy for you to increase your Vitamin D intake to reach your recommended daily limit. After all, the vitamin is found in numerous foods you already eat including dairy products, mushrooms, tuna, salmon, organic eggs, and more. You can also sit in the sunshine each day for about 10 minutes to get all you need.

Did sunscreen affect vitamin D levels?

We use sunscreen to protect our skin against skin cancers and sunburns. Sunscreen has chemicals that either reflect, absorb or scatter sunlight. When this happens, the skin is exposed to lower levels of the harmful UVB rays.
But UVB rays are important for making vitamin D and sunscreen can stop the skin from producing sunlight. Studies show that sunscreen with SPF 30 or more reduces vitamin D production in the body by 95-98 per cent. So, if you are wearing sunscreen, you might have to spend long hours in the sunlight for your skin to produce enough vitamin D.
