🔥 Try this method
Let’s say your current max is 20 push-ups.
That means 10 and 15 reps will feel easier, and we use this to gradually improve your performance 💪
✅ Try this routine:
1️⃣ Do 10 push-ups
2️⃣ Rest briefly
3️⃣ Do 15 push-ups
4️⃣ Rest a little longer
5️⃣ Then do your max set: 20 push-ups
📈 This method prepares your body and helps you break past your current limits step by step.
After 2 days, try adding just 1 more rep to your final set:
10 → 15 → 21
📅 Do this routine 4 days per week
You’ll notice clear improvements in strength and endurance 💪
