First : “If you want to lose weight, one of the best think what you can do is to STOP drinking alcohol ”❗️❗️❗️⁣
Alcohol is extra empty calories, which you can’t process into energy! So, it just packs on us extra weight .
But If you decided to have a drink with your friends or to celebrate your birthday party, here some tips for you 🍷⁣⬇️
🔹️ 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐡𝐨𝐥 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞
Try to have not more than few drinks and always drink parallel double amount of water!⁣
🔹️ 𝐃𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐚 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐚𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞!
If you had a drink at the evening, push yourself to do more activity next day ! And very important to avoid junk food after alcohol intake!⁣
🔹️𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐲
Stick to clear spirits ( Diet Coke, Soda, Diet Sprite...), and go for low calorie alcohol drinks. ⁣
𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐈𝐏: ⁣
Don’t leave any sweets or bad snacks in your house (like chips, salty nuts , cookies ....). ⁣
Try to prepare some healthy food, if you will be hungry after your party !⁣
For sure you will😅⁣

What does a stretching training means?! What's the benefits of it?! How it's going to help you out?! So, Stretching is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon (or muscle group) is deliberately flexed or stretched in order to improve the muscle's felt elasticity and achieve comfortable muscle tone.The result is a feeling of increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion. Stretching is also used therapeutically to alleviate cramps.

Increases your flexibility. ... Increases your range of motion. ... Improves your performance in physical activities. ... Increases blood flow to your muscles. ... Improves your posture. ... Helps to heal and prevent back pain. ... Is great for stress relief. ... Can calm your mind.

Not only does stretching clear your mind by allowing you to focus on your body, it also releases endorphins. Blood flow to the muscles increases after a long stretch. Static stretching increases activity in the parasympathetic nervous system, promoting relaxation. ☝️That's just some of stretching benefits where each of it individually has a massive positive impact on human body.

The stretching groups will take place by 1 day a week only for now, by 1 hour ☝.
By SATURDAYS at the sunset time. So,it's a great opportunity to relax the entire body & mind after a long week and prepare it for the week ahead ☝🙂. The coach will be no one else than the one and only one 😀👱‍♀️🧚🏼‍♀️🧘🏼‍♀️🤸🏼‍♀️.
