An alternative approach to ‘fixing’ high power outputs to charge the cooling case:: one of our users sent us a photo of their setup - using a USB-C to USB-A adapter cable limited the output to 5v so charging works and it’s happy days again!

They also shared that it’s been a few days of over 40°C outside in Victoria which meant closer to 50°C in the cockpit, and the cooling case kept the iPad working well!

ICYMI- Earlier in June this year, Joby Aviation successfully completed a series of piloted, full transition, electric vertical-takeoff-and-landing flights in Dubai. It won’t be long before electric air taxis will be a thing in Dubai!

Congratulations to Joby Aviation on completing full transition flights with pilots onboard! These test flights were performed at Joby's facilities in Marina, California, and they are a significant milestone that brings the organisation closer to FAA flight testing.

We are pleased to see our Cooling Case used during the test flights. In the grand scheme of things, we only play a very small part, but it's exciting nonetheless.
