Most people talk about discipline. Few actually live it.
When we first met, I was full of excuses. I negotiated with my weaknesses, and every time I did that, I lost ground. Then you said something that stuck with me:
“As soon as you make compromises with yourself, you already lost.”
That hit hard. And it changed everything.
Entrepreneurs love to say they sacrifice everything for business. But most of them sacrifice their health, their standards, their discipline. That’s not strength. That’s poor leadership.
What you taught me was different.
You simplified everything. No noise. No overthinking. Just a clear protocol:
– Execute
– Fix what breaks
– Repeat
In business, something goes wrong every single day. But there’s always a solution if you stay sharp and follow the system.
That’s what a real mentor does. Not motivation. Not hype.
They remove the unnecessary and give you a blueprint.
And if you actually follow it, you don’t just move forward…
you move fast.
If you’re stuck right now, be honest with yourself:
Are you lacking strategy… or just avoiding ex*****on?

Most people want the gold crown, but very few are willing to sacrifice the plastic ring.
Everyone talks about the dream body, the discipline, the freedom that comes from taking care of yourself. But the real question always comes down to one simple moment. The moment where you choose between instant pleasure and long term results.
Clients ask me all the time, “Can I have a cheat meal today?”
And I always answer with the same question.
What do you actually want more?
That cheat meal right now… or the body you keep saying you want?
If the cheat meal matters more, then go for it. No drama. Just be honest with yourself.
But if the better body, the stronger mindset, and the healthier future matter more, then understand something. You have to sacrifice the small pleasure today to earn the bigger reward tomorrow.
Sacrifice the comfort today so you can have freedom later.
Sacrifice the easy choice today so your kids can see a stronger example tomorrow.
Nothing great is built without sacrifice. The question is simple.
What are you willing to give up today to become who you say you want to be tomorrow?
Imagine someone tracking your life with GPS.
Home → Gym
Home → Gym
Home → Gym
Every day.
Now ask yourself a better question.
If someone tracked your habits, where would they say you’re going?
Because your direction today…
is exactly where you’ll arrive tomorrow.
I don’t have a son yet, but one day I might.
And one day someone could look at him and say: “You’re just like your dad.”
That sentence keeps me honest.
Because it won’t describe what I achieved. It will describe how I lived.
The discipline, standards, excuses I allowed… or didn’t.
So the man I build today is the example someone else might inherit tomorrow.
That’s a responsibility most men never think about

One day the excuses stop working.
And that’s the day you finally meet yourself.
Not the version you talk about.
The version you build.
Today was simple.
90 minutes running. Zone 2.
No music. Just discipline.
The difference between who you are and who you become
is what you do on days nobody is watching.
Keep building.

You have been choosing between muscle and miles for too long.
You think you have to pick one. Train like a runner and shrink. Train like a lifter and gas out at 5K. That is the lie most people live by.
The truth? Your body can do both. It just needs a plan that respects both.
3 runs. 3 lifts. That is your week.
Not 6 days of grinding yourself into the ground. Not random sessions with no purpose. Every run has a job. Every lift has a job. Nothing is wasted. Nothing overlaps. Your legs are not destroyed before your long run. Your engine is not neglected because you spent 2 hours on a bench.
This is the split that builds the body you actually want. Strong enough to move weight. Fit enough to move distance. Capable enough to do both in the same week, every week.
Swipe through. Follow the structure. Trust the process.
Your only job now is to start.
Most new dads accept the “dad bod” as a fact of life. Ruben decided to become a weapon instead.
This isn’t another generic “before and after.” This is a story about a standard.
Six months ago, Ruben was juggling everything that comes with being a new father. The lack of time, the exhaustion, the discipline that was hard to find. He’s the quiet type who doesn’t make loud announcements. He just puts his head down and grinds.
His goal wasn’t about getting a six-pack for a holiday. He told me directly: “My goal is to be the best looking dad when I bring my kid to school.”
Read that again. It’s not about vanity. It’s about the promise a father makes to his child. It’s about showing them what high standards and hard work look like, not just telling them.
The result is 24kg gone. But the weight is just the receipt. The real transformation was forged in the daily discipline when no one was watching.
So, I’ll ask you the same question I ask every client: Are you setting the standard for your family, or are you settling for what’s comfortable?
This kind of change isn’t for everyone. It’s for the fathers and mothers who want to build a legacy of strength.
If that’s you, DM me the word “LEGACY”. I’m not a babysitter. I build weapons.

Every PT has lived every single one of these. 😅
The 6am cancel. The “I eat clean” client who hasn’t tracked a meal in their life. The one who wants to lose 10 lbs in a week before their holiday.
We laugh. But here’s the truth nobody says out loud:
Your clients aren’t lazy. They’re lost.
They don’t need more discipline. They need someone who actually knows how to simplify this for them. Someone who cuts through the noise, builds a real plan, and holds them accountable when life gets in the way.
That’s the job. Not just counting reps.
If you’re a coach reading this and you’re tired of the excuses, stop blaming your clients and start asking yourself
did I make this simple enough for them to actually follow?
And if you’re someone who sees yourself in one of these slides, no judgment. That’s exactly who I work with.

Two versions of every man exist.
The one who keeps waiting for the right moment.
And the one who decided the moment is now.
I was not always the guy in the top photo.
I had setbacks that broke me. Years that tested everything I had. I lost my direction, my confidence, and at times my belief in myself.
But I never stopped showing up.
I rebuilt my body. I rebuilt my identity. I rebuilt my life.
And now I do the same for the men I coach.
Swipe through every slide and ask yourself honestly: which version are you living right now?
If the bottom photo hits too close to home, that is not a sign to scroll past. That is a sign to act.
I work with men who are done making excuses and ready to become the version of themselves they know they are capable of being.
Not just physically. In every area of life.
