Coach Jesse is leading by example. Now in Perimenopause, losing those few extra KGs has become a little harder to shift than in previous years.
The reality is just pushing harder in training and controlling food like she did in her 20s and 30s doesn't get the same results as it used to.
4 weeks progress - what she did: 4 Shero workouts a week, 10k steps a day, nutrition dialled in - focusing on hitting protein/fibre targets while maintaining deficit and a big focus on getting enough sleep and 2 full rest days a week.
3.8kg down, 5cm down everything tighter and more defined.
