A mother, career-woman, and athlete all in one. She shows up consistently for morning classes and goes the extra mile with solo training and Level Up sessions to sharpen her skills.
She never gives up! Her hard work and determination recently paid off when she earned her spot in the CrossFit Open quarterfinals. She embodies strength and determination, inspiring our entire community. It’s only fitting that one of the most remarkable women of Sands receives the recognition she deserves.
