I call it PMS (Perimenopause syndrome) — oh, what a journey. Since in my mid-30s, the signs were so real. The mood shifts, the hot flashes, the fatigue. It’s like my body is rewriting the rules without asking my permission. 🤔🤦🏽♀️
But here’s the truth: this isn’t an ending — it’s a transformation. A new chapter. This is a reminder that we, as women, are constantly evolving. 🌸
