May every training session, every conversation, and every act of service plant seeds of purpose and hope.
May God protect your families, renew your energy, and reward your sacrifice.
When you feel tired, may He be your strength.
When decisions feel heavy, may He be your guide.
When victories come, may you give Him glory.
May the lives you impact rise up and call you blessed.

This week, Barsha Pond Park, Praise Dance with Coach Sarentha ππΎ
βTwo are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor.
If either of them falls down, one can help the other up.
But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.
Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm.
Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves.
A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.β

Thatβs why at Sports Connect, itβs not about working out alone β
itβs about community.
We move together.
We lift each other when one is tired.
We give and receive, share strength, wisdom, encouragement, and purpose.
Because when we train together, we grow stronger β

Sports Connect Discipleship Study, every Wednesday online from 3pm to 4pm

Every Thursday 7pm at Al Barsha Pond Park with Coach Sarentha ππΏ
Thursdays @ Salt Kite Beach. 100 reps upper body, 100 reps lower body, 100 reps core, 100 reps abs with alternate 200m walk and run between each body part πͺπΎ
We started the workout with thanksgiving, prayed for the community and praised at the end of the session. It was amazing π
