This year, I had the privilege of conducting a Yoga Namaskar session as part of the Upa-Yoga series at the Sharjah Expo Center, where thousands of people came together in celebration of International Day of Yoga (IDY). 🙏
Seeing so many individuals embrace this simple yet powerful practice was deeply moving — a true reminder of how yoga unites us beyond borders, beliefs, and backgrounds.
In a world filled with unrest, stress, and uncertainty, yoga is not just helpful — it is vital.
🧘♀️ Why Yoga Matters Now More Than Ever:
It brings mental clarity in the midst of chaos
It calms the nervous system, allowing us to respond, not react
It builds immunity and strengthens the body
It enhances focus, emotional stability, and inner resilience
When the mind is calm and the body is aligned, we operate at our best — as individuals and as a society.
