I find myself getting caught up in my progress a lot. Unless i have a pump or i’m fully clothed i feel like i’m still small and skinny..
It’s only when i look back through pics and see the changes that i realise how much time and effort i’ve put into the changes
I’m not the biggest or strongest but know everytime im in the gym i’m at 100%.
If your feeling the same way, look back through old pics, videos and recognise the effort you put in, it will give you a whole new boost of motivation to continue building on yourself 💭

Everytime i come back here it gets bigger and better. Almost every piece of equipment you can think of from all the top brands.
Hands down the best gym you could ever go to right now if you’re into bodybuilding.
Just the atmosphere and the fact you see so many pro and olympia level athletes motivates you so much to train harder!

Forever chasing progression
Still a very long way off how i want my physique to look. But very happy with how i’ve held some condition this time round above 100kg body weight
Next step is to strip this back and lean down. Then look at some shows for later this year 👀
The big fear in my confidence finally will be challenged when i step on stage for the first time 💪🏼

Don’t over complicate it..
It’s seems every week i get asked about certain exercise variations all because their favourite fitness influencer has uploaded some crazy video
I can guarantee you they don’t do these exercises every session, it’s all for views and likes
If they uploaded what they were ACTUALLY doing, you would find it boring to watch.
I know i’m repeating myself here but.. STICK TO THE BASICS And the results will come! Same with everything else you want to be good at in life. Practice and repeat 🙌🏼

Give yourself a rest…
If you’re like me, you probably hate having days off or training at 50% to give your body a chance to recover
A deload/week off is an essential part of the process, especially if you’re taking yourself to the limit every session 5/6 days a week
A solid block of days off the gym or just a few light sessions instead of hammering yourself everyday means you can fully recover, reset your CNS and can even come back to your sessions stronger.
Rest is a very important part of your training process, so ensure you get it in!
