We are looking to fill the role of Deputy General Manager, who's role, alongside the General Manager, will entail, however not be limited to:
• Alongside the General Manager, execute the strategic vision by monitoring all operations and ensuring adherence to established standards and procedures
• Alongside the General Manager see to contract negotiations and dispute resolution
• Alongside the General manager see to project planning and management
• Alongside the General Manager see to strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and organizational development
• Alongside the General Manager see to creating, implementing, and assessing organizational policies and procedures
• Oversee staff performance, training, and career development
• Alongside the General Manager see to daily oversight of operations
• Maintain current knowledge of operations, projects, products, and procedures within a given department
• Assist with recruiting, training, and on-boarding of new employees
• Coordinate efforts with department heads to maximize results
• Participate in corporate and departmental meetings and projects
The successful candidate will:
• Have minimum 2 years experience is similar role with operations, project and business management qualifications
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Management advantageous
• Available immediately
• Have excellent written and spoken communications skills (in English)
• Have excellent skill set in Microsoft Office suite
• Have the ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• Be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Be flexible
• Be self-motivated
• Be able to work under pressure
• Be committed to the vision and mission of the company
• Hold a valid UAE Driver's licence with own vehicle
