We’re beyond excited to announce James Ward as the new Head of our Professional Development Programme (PDP) at Dubai Irish FC! 🎉
James is a passionate, forward‑thinking coach with a proven track record of developing players and shaping high‑performance environments. After key roles in the UAE, including coaching and helping lead the development setup at Gulf United FC 🇦🇪, James brings real football expertise and a hunger for growth.
He’s also been deeply involved with the Fleetwood international football ecosystem, contributing to player pathway programmes linked to Fleetwood United, the UAE club established as a sister entity to Fleetwood Town FC in the UK 🇬🇧
And let’s not forget his foundational experience with Bolton Wanderers‑connected coaching and development circles in England 🏴 in environments that emphasise player progression and elite training methodologies across clubs and academies.
