🌿 When we remember that we are nature, we stop searching for peace outside of ourselves.

The trees don’t rush.
The ocean doesn’t resist its rhythm.
The sun doesn’t question its light.
And the earth simply holds us, exactly as we are.

Yoga is not only what happens on the mat.
It is the remembering that we are not separate from life… we are life.

Breathe with the trees.
Move with the seasons.
Ground your feet into the earth.
Let the wind soften what you’ve been holding.

Come back to your breath.
Come back to your body.
Come back to the earth.

You were never disconnected. You only needed to remember. 🌎✨

A reminder for the days when you feel like you’re falling behind:

You are not behind.
You are not too late.
You do not need to have it all figured out.

Some seasons are for blooming.
Some are for growing roots.
Some are simply for breathing, resting, and becoming.

Your practice is not about becoming someone else.
It is about returning to yourself
again and again,
beneath the noise,
beneath the expectations,
beneath the need to be “more.”

Take a breath.
Soften your shoulders.
Come back to this moment.

You are already becoming. 🌿

And so it is. ✨💫

Everywhere it looked like I was wearing a filtered lens that enhanced beauty and color.

Seychelles is my ultimate favorite place I think on earth, for me, nicer even than Maldives ☺️

25 week flow last week 🤍

I was unable to go to the gym for two weeks and this first day back on my mat felt glorious ✨

I am not great at self practice from home as with a toddler running around demanding to be with me 24/7, getting something done for myself is a bit challenging to say the least!😅

Grateful for movement 🫶🏼

August photo dump part 2 🤍

Adam and I spent the best time together. Yes it’s intense being with a two year old boy 24/7 while pregnant but this precious time is never coming back.

It truly is the last summer I will spend with him alone as next summer there will be a 6 months old baby boy with us. And that idea simply breaks me in two: one part is already mourning the fact that it won’t ever be me and him alone again. The other part is overjoyed at the thought of him having a sibling to share life with and can’t wait to start making memories together as a family. 🥹🫶🏼🧿

I guess I’m not alone with these feelings? I heard lots of moms go through this before baby number two joins the family.

On another note, we are beyond excited and happy today as daddy is finally joining us for two weeks in our little Spanish paradise! ☀️🌊🌴🐚🌺
