معلومات تهم كل رياضي في نظام اكله:
#⃣ اكل رز ولا مكرونه؟
- الارز افضل..المكرونه يعني دقيق.
#⃣ اشرب قهوه ولا نسكافيه؟
- الاتنين كافيين بس لو ضرورى تختار يبقي القهوه افضل وافيد.
#⃣ استعمل سكر ابيض ولا سكر دايت؟
- لا ده ولا ده استعمل عسل نحل موثوق فيه مش مضروب.
#⃣ كورن فليكس ولا شوفان؟
- مفيش مقارنه اصلا ...شوفان طبعاً.
#⃣ اكل فاكهه ولا اعملها عصير؟
- كل فاكهه افضل و سعرات اقل والياف اكثر.
#⃣ لبن خالي الدسم ولا كامل الدسم؟
- كامل الدسم عشان نستفيد بالفيتامينات اللي فيه، ونشيل الوش.
#⃣ زيت ذره ولا زيت زيتون؟
- زيت الزيتون اكيييييد (على البارد).
#⃣ افضل نوع فيتامينات اشتريه من الصيدليه؟
- كل سلطه وخضار طازج بكل الالوان كل يوم مش هتحتاج اي شي .
#⃣ اشتري (كبسولات اوميجا 3)؟
- كل اسماك (مشويه) مرتين الى ٣ في الاسبوع مش هتحتاجها ان شاء الله.
#⃣ كانز دايت ولا عصير من غير سكر؟؟؟
- لا ده ولا ده، اشرب مياه كتيييير.
#⃣ مكسرات نيه ولا محمصه؟
- نيه، بس اتاكد انها مش متخزنه.
#⃣ اشتري صن بايت ولا فورنو؟
- اعمل فشار في البيت.
#⃣ ممكن اكل قطعه شيكولاته؟؟؟
- الغامقه ممتازه وتكون فوق70%

MEMBER OF THE MONTH for October 2022 is…
Yuli Kang Wallance! 🤩🤩🤩
Before I started exercising, I was always busy at work, didn't pay attention to diet and sleep, and had early symptoms of high blood pressure.
In July 2022, I made up my mind to change myself and try to rediscover my younger self at the age of 30. Thanks to my trainer- Mr. Mostafa for his scientific training methods and encouraging words. It wasn't easy, but with his help and my hard working, something has been changed
After 80 days of training, my weight dropped from 91.7KG to 77.5KG. Exercise can be significantly improved, muscle growth is obvious, blood pressure returns to normal, and the body becomes well-proportioned.
The training not only changed me, but also inspired many friends and colleagues around me. They all tried a healthy lifestyle because they saw the change in me. This is another thing that makes me happy.
Thanks to First Fitness and my trainer .hammer, without your help, I couldn't have made such a huge difference. Hope our future will be healthier!”
