Day 2, 1st Swim Faster Award by SAQ:

Today our Ultra Swim School swimmers, Tobias (debutant), Francis (debutant), Spenser (debutant), Adele, Jerlyn, Thaddeus and RaeLyn competed the event. Amazing swim by them with breaking their PB and new PB. All awarded Swim Faster Gold certification.

Well done! swimmers for pushing and fighting yourselves towards the end and parents for the support and encouragement.

Eveing, 1st SAQ Swim Faster event:
Debutant, Spenser swam 50m Fr.

Thaddeus swam 50m Fly, 50m Fr and 100m Br, Rae Lyn swam 50m Fr, 100m Br.

All awarded Gold certificates. Well done, everyone 👏👏

Afternoon, 1st SAQ Swim Faster event:

Jonathan swam 50m Breaststroke, 50m Backstroke and 100m Freestyle. 3 events awarded 3 Gold certificates. Broke 100m Freestyle PB 9s. New PB 1:42.38(Entry time 1:52.00) Well done Jonathan, great performance. 👏👏

Jerlyn swam 50m Breaststroke and 100m Freestyle. 2 events awarded 2 Gold certificates. Broke 50m Breaststroke PB 4s plus, new PB 50.92 (last PB 55.16) & 100m Freestyle PB 8s plus. New PB 1:28.31(last PB 1:36.03) Well done Jerlyn, great swam. 👏👏

This morning, 1st Swim Faster event by SAQ, Ultra Swim School, our debutant swimmer’s Tobias, 9 years old swam 50m Breaststroke and 100m Freestyle. Both events awarded 2 Gold certificates. Well done Tobias, impressed. 👏👏

Team USS congrats to Alessandro for representing Singapore under Down syndrome Association.
Event: The Asia Pacific Down Syndrome Federation (APDSF) Games 2026 in Chennai, India.

He took part 50m Freestyle and 25m Backstroke and both events came in 1st position.
