Cutting sugar out of your diet is one strategy to lose weight and feel healthier, but it can be a tough transition.
Going completely sugar-free isn't for everyone. However, limiting sugar is something most anyone can do, even if for a short period of time.
A sugar-free diet or one low in added sugars can be especially helpful for those having difficulties with blood sugar levels or systemic inflammation.
A sugar detox can help you reduce your sugar intake and in turn embrace a more nutrient-dense diet.

There are many kinds of emotional eaters – some eat in response to a negative emotion, while some eat in response to a positive emotion.
If you can relate to one or more of these issues then there’s a chance you might be an emotional eater.

The short answer is yes, but not in the direction you probably want it to change.
You can manipulate your metabolism to a degree,it is often a small change that may help you burn more calories. That, along with adopting a healthier diet and making sure you get enough exercise, may give you the extra push you need to lose and maintain weight.

In recent years, nutritional problems have become more prevalent. We get new diets every now and then which are designed to make us healthy but are not.
In reality, there is no one-size-fits-all diet. It is not enough to conduct allergy tests or to test for all kinds of intolerances because the most common cause of food problems is inadequate nutrition, not allergies.
In order to fuel our bodies with the best fuel, what should we eat? In her book "Metabolic IQ - Your code to health," Angie Pajak explains the three basic metabolic types, what eating habits should be introduced to your diet, and which should be eliminated.

After you eat a meal, your blood sugar rises. Insulin goes into the bloodstream to take the sugar out of the blood and put it in the cells for energy.
If you don't have enough insulin or if you have a rise in blood sugar, it can affect your fatigue level, thus causing you to feel tired after a meal.
