The trick is to transport your members somewhere else. Whether you are taking them on a Rhythmical journey or a Power based training ride, at some point you will need your music to help them through the ride. So the question is: What music will take your riders somewhere? And since we're on bikes that go nowhere, this is quite important to figure out! Choose songs that might take them back in time, or connect them with someone in their life who needs to 'borrow' their strength today, or maybe even a situation in which they found more inside of them than they thought they had. All of this will lead to greater effort, all while distracting their minds from the work.
