Did you know that ZOGA is home to Dubai's only Authorized Ashtanga Mysore Program?

Rooted in the traditional method of teaching Ashtanga Yoga, Mysore is a unique practice where each student is guided individually while practicing alongside others in a shared space.

There is no need to keep up with the room.

No pressure to perform.

Just breath, movement, consistency, and a practice that evolves with you over time.

Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or have years of experience, Mysore offers a deeply personal approach to learning and refining the Ashtanga method.

This is how Ashtanga has been traditionally taught for generations.

Quietly.
Patiently.
One breath at a time.

Join us and experience the transformative power of a dedicated Mysore practice.

Green never tasted so good. 💚✨

Our Matcha Bowl is loaded with all the good stuff — organic matcha, chia, almonds, coconut, spirulina, and goji berries — for a breakfast that's as delicious as it is nourishing.

A little crunchy.
A little creamy.
A lot addictive.

Who's joining the Matcha Bowl club? 🙋‍♀️

Available daily at the ZOGA Café.

Sometimes the most important part of practice isn't what happens on the mat.

It's the moment you choose to arrive.

To pause.
To put everything down for a little while.
To create space for breath, awareness, and presence.

In a world that asks us to keep moving, yoga offers something different:
A place to come home to yourself.

A Mysore Practice is a return to the essence of yoga. ✨

Rather than following the pace of a led class, each student moves through the Ashtanga sequence at their own rhythm, guided by breath, awareness, and consistent practice.

In the quiet energy of the room, you'll receive individual instruction, hands-on guidance, and personalized support according to your experience, needs, and stage of practice.

Whether you are completely new to Ashtanga or looking to deepen an existing practice, Mysore offers a unique opportunity to build a sustainable, lifelong relationship with yoga.

One breath.
One movement.
One practice at a time.

Begin your Mysore journey with us.

Yoga was never meant to be something we perform.

It was never about touching your toes, mastering a pose, or looking a certain way.

At its heart, yoga is a practice of remembering.

Remembering the wisdom of the body.

Remembering the rhythm of the breath.

Remembering that beneath our stories, achievements, fears, and differences, we are deeply connected.

In a world that often asks us to move faster, do more, and become something else, yoga invites us into a different conversation:

To listen.
To soften.
To be present.

Whether your practice is dynamic or still, whether you’ve been practicing for twenty years or are stepping onto the mat for the first time, yoga belongs to everyone.

Today, we honour this ancient tradition and the countless teachers, students, and seekers who continue to keep its wisdom alive.

May we practice not to become someone new, but to come home to who we already are.

Happy International Yoga Day.

With gratitude,
The ZOGA Community
