One bad night of sleep doesn’t destroy your progress…
But consistently bad sleep will.

Here’s what the research actually shows:

👉 If you sleep poorly but still exercise, your health risk can look similar to someone who sleeps well
👉 Just 150 mins/week of activity makes a real difference
👉 BUT… no exercise + poor sleep = worst possible combo

Now read that again carefully.

This doesn’t mean sleep doesn’t matter.
It means exercise can protect you : but it can’t fully save you from chronic bad sleep.

Because poor sleep affects:

* Fat loss (hunger hormones go crazy)
* Recovery (muscle repair drops)
* Testosterone & energy
* Focus, mood, consistency

So the real takeaway is simple:

✅ Bad sleep? → Still train
❌ Bad sleep every day? → Fix your lifestyle

Stop using poor sleep as an excuse to skip workouts…
But also stop ignoring sleep like it’s optional.
