Why sometimes we have clients or students that tells you that they are going to the gym because they want to release some stress and tension from work? Here’s why:
Each time we exercise and voluntarily put our bodies through a state of stress, raising our heart rates and our breathing, we remind our bodies that being in a state of stress does not necessarily mean we are in danger. As we become more comfortable within this voluntary state of stress and arousal, our bodies, our neurons, and our brains learn that we can overcome even seemingly impossible situations.

Being a Personal Trainer for more than a decade now I come to think that almost every new client that I will be asking the question “What’s your goal for starting your fitness journey?” the most common answer is to lose belly fat. There’s nothing wrong with that. Almost everyone wants to have a six pack abs. But the problem is they’re to eager to have the six pack and not focusing on what is the real issue. They need to get stronger. How can you burn those belly fat if you don’t want to improve your fitness level? As personal trainer we will guide you to get stronger so you can do more exercises that will help you to burn those fat and build enough muscle to improve your fitness level. So stop looking and holding those flabby belly and gradually improve your lifts. You will see the abs you’re expecting in no time.

More than a couple of weeks ago I missed this number on my squats. But I promise to myself that I will try to go for it again. Fast forward to last Friday I made to lift it again, a total of 160Kg. That’s why you’ll see the fist celebration after the lift. 10Kg more than my most on my last competition. is my goal now.

Level 4 or what? Whatever it is I made sure that I am better from what I am previously. I just received the hardcopy of my Advanced Personal Fitness Trainer Certificate and my updated Personal Fitness Trainer Certificate. Acquiring knowledge that will make me progress on my chosen field and be of help to other people greater than I am before. It’s now time to fold up the sleeves and do the work.

I discovered this course while checking for some CECs that I will enroll with to update my certification. I doubt myself at first if I could do it, but I went on to listen to free webinar, It’s free so why not. It’s lockdown anyways and I’m just staying home so I did. Then I realize on how I can help a lot of people with this certification especially those who are fighting cancer. It moved me since my family was victim of couple of cancer cases. My dear Aunt and my brave Uncle. So that’s why passing this course is really important to me. Thank you Andrea and all the people behind .andrea

Came across with this course accidentally through social media ads. At first I’m hesitant. But since they’re offering a free course, then I said why not, it’s free anyways. But when I started the course and around the middle of it I was really amaze on how this course was really explained well and easy to understand. So when they offer the Movement Mastery Corrective Exercise Specialist Course I jump in and enroll for it. Jason Curtis Strength and Conditioning Course really explained well all the details that coaches would understand. Happy to take this course and I highly recommend it. 👍🏼👍🏼
