A few weeks ago, I was invited to lead a breathwork and meditation experience at NAS House Dubai as part of a networking event.

According to spiritual traditions, this period coincides with the Sun moving through Leo while Sirius, the brightest star in our night sky, becomes highly visible before dawn. From Earth’s perspective, Sirius, Orion’s Belt, and the Sun are said to form a symbolic alignment.
