✅ Requirements:
Cricket Coaching Certification – Level 1 or Level 2
ASCA Level 3 or above (Swimming Coaching)
Valid Lifeguard Certificate
Strong communication & team management skills
Experience working with kids and youth athletes preferred

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cricket training sessions for academy students
Assist/manage swimming training sessions
Ensure safety standards and supervision at all times
Support events, camps, and competitions
