🏆 Championship Final – A Match to Remember ⛳

The Final of the XI GMP World Amateur Championship was played at the iconic Montgomerie Golf Club Dubai, featuring an all-Latvian showdown between Rihards Paskausks and Maksims Ozols Ozolins 🇱🇻⛳.

Both finalists demonstrated not only outstanding golfing skills, but also the best possible sportsmanship, character, and personality, truly worthy of becoming Champion.

It was an even, thrilling, and intense match — one that simply refused to be decided on the golf course. Neither player gave in, fighting until the very last moment.
In the end, the title had to be decided by a putting competition, adding yet another dramatic chapter to an unforgettable final.

🏆 Congratulations to the Champion, Rihards Paskausks, who also impressed with his calm, ice-hockey-like mentality under pressure.
