When should you have a deload training block?
This was a question I'm asked a lot and tbh I think its really dependent on the person, so in this instance I'll use myself.
My training for the last 12 months has been great to be fair. My strength has increased loads while still retaining my agility and fitness when it comes to boxing conditioning all while staying largely injury free.
However that comes a point where your body needs a break. For me personally, my muscles ached....a lot, waking up first thing in the morning I felt like an old man of 85 years old🤣
This was, for me a sign to pause my strength training for a while and incorporate movements involving kettlebells, TRX and bodyweight training.....I might even do a little bodybuilding style training.......nah fu*k that🤣
But you get my point, varying your training from time to time to allow your body to rest is equally as important as training harder and pushing more week after week. Plus when you come back to your strength training, you'll be well rested and able to push harder than you could before💪🏾

Motivation Or Discipline?
There's a saying, motivation gets you started but discipline keeps you going.
This perfectly describes the mindset of anyone who has a goal and is working towards it regardless of what temporary feeling or emotion rears it's head.
Because trust me no one is coming to save you 🙅♂️
But that also means no one is coming to stop you😈
This is probably the only cardio I'd never get bored of👌
Always push to be better than you were yesterday but hungry enough to chase tomorrows goals👌
If you're this 🤏 close to punching you colleague at work, boxing might be for you🤣
Here's why:
1️⃣ You'll burn more calories than youll notice;
2️⃣ After a long day in the office, hitting something that wont get you deported will have you losing a tone of stress;
3️⃣ You'll work on your coordination, balance and timing;
4️⃣ You'll spend most of the time having soo much fun it won't even feel like a workout;
