🙂I always do the forms double speed so students dont waste time. Those who know the postures will be able to copy very easily. If you are new, once you see it, then play the video in half speed follow along.

Daily Warmup. This is the warmup video is for all adults and seniors and especially for golfers. If you cannot perform certain exercises, you dont have to do them. Or you can ask me in the comment via youtube and I will be able to give you an alternate exercise.
