Choose your energy, 15 minutes of scrolling or
15-Minute Arogya?

One will leave you overstimulated and distracted.
One will leave you refreshed.

Instead of spending 15 mins consuming way too much content, how about a little movement, breathing, laughter.

That is all it takes to feel cool, calm and collected!

Stop scrolling and give yourself a tight hug.
Breathe in deep and exhale. Love yourself first and give yourself the support you need in the moment to feel energized.

A little kindness towards yourself can change the way your whole day feels.

It is an amazing feeling to be able to help friends stay consistent, feel better and make wellness a part of their everyday life.

Thank you, Doaa, for sharing your beautiful experience with
15-Minute Arogya through this heartfelt video testimonial.

Sometimes, all you need is 15 minutes of movement, breathing and laughter to feel more connected to yourself again.

I have realised your list of non negotiables only works when your priorities are clear. For me, that non negotiable is health and wellbeing.

As a child growing up, we had a few non negotiables at home. One of them was food-related, My mom’s rule was simple, you eat whatever vegetable is made. I was not a fan of some, especially Spinach (You can imagine my dislike as a child). But I still ate it, because you know..mother knows best! And also that it was not up for discussion.

Now, I find myself eating the same Spinach or “Karela” (bitter gourd) by choice. As I was having it for lunch, I caught myself thinking, I actually enjoy this, I incorporate them in many recipes, some of which my kids enjoy too!

So, something that was good for me which I once resisted has now become something I value.

For me currently, health is non negotiable. Health of my family, loved ones and even my clients. It comes first. I show up for it through what I eat, how I move, how I breathe, how I slow down, how I laugh, how I care for people and how I work too. That is the space I work in, helping people keep wellbeing simple enough to show up for every single day. Small things done consistently. Even if it is just 15 minutes, even if its not your taste in the beginning, small bits that are enough to build a habit for life.

So, what is one thing from your childhood that is non-negotiable for you today?

I learned a new phrase, “Maita Basa.” It means thank you but it literally translated to…”You did a good job” in Shona language (the official language of Zimbabwe) This was said to me at the end of the wellness session at Transguard.

I recently spent time with the women skilled blue-collar workforce or as I like to call them, Sheroes, at Transguard Group in Dubai. We did simple wellness activities, a little dhyān, simple breathwork, gentle movement, and of course, laughter.

But what really struck a chord with me, was how joyful they are. These women are all grit, they have left their homes, their families, their countries from all over the world to build a better life here. And still, they find space for genuine camraderie, to smile, to participate and to be fully present.

That kind of strength is powerful.
These testimonials you see here are real, from the moment. They made my heart burst with gratitude. Gratitude for what I do.

Maita Basa.

I often have heard people complain they cannot meditate..why? Because somehow meditation is assumed to be this big thing they need to for 30 mins, uninterrupted, sitting still and straight in a quite place.

But actually, it is plain and simple. It is listening.
You are trying to control your mind or your thoughts

You are just listening and observing.

Listening to the sounds around you. A fan running. Someone talking in the distance. Even, traffic passing by. And as you stay with those sounds, you soften. Your mind settles on its own. Even 30 seconds works.

Close your eyes.
Listen to what’s already there.
Let everything else come and go.

That’s enough.

Half a million lives.
That’s the goal.

By November 2026, I’m working to impact 500,000 blue-collar skilled employees through wellbeing.

It started in 2022 with SmartLife.
A few Laughter Yoga and team sessions.
What stood out wasn’t just participation, it was the energy, the willingness, the consistency.

That’s when it grew.

From small sessions to structured programs covering fitness, breathwork, mindfulness and mental wellbeing.

Because here’s the truth,
these teams carry physical strain every single day, long hours, demanding work, very little access to wellbeing support.
Yet they show up, every time.

And when wellbeing is in place, everything shifts.
Focus improves.
Consistency improves.
Teams work better.

From Al Futtaim to Transguard, Ajmal Perfumes to Sobha and many more, this work continues to grow.

Now with the 10-Minute Arogya Program in Hindi, it’s reaching further.

If you’re building teams, take care of the people who make it all happen.

Eat Right. Breathe Well. Stay Fit. Laugh Deep.

So truly honoured to take on the role of Co-Convener for the Health, Education, Wellness & Pharma (HEWP) focus group at .

This space holds immense potential. When health, education and wellness align with clear intent, the impact goes far beyond individual efforts.

The focus ahead is simple, drive stronger collaboration, spark meaningful conversations, and build initiatives that create real value for the community.

Thank you IBPC for the opportunity. I look forward to working closely with and the entire group to shape outcomes that are practical and purposeful.

I recently conducted a mental health workshop with yoga and breathing for skilled employees at Abra UAE.

It’s so encouraging to see organisations creating space for their teams to unwind, especially in roles that are physically demanding. Gentle practices like steady breathing, slow movement, and of course, a little laughter can go a long way in supporting both mental and physical wellbeing.

Mental fatigue often builds alongside physical strain. And as the session progressed, it was beautiful to see lighter faces and wider smiles.

This is where wellbeing truly becomes powerful, when mental, emotional and physical health are made a part of daily work life, as a natural part of how teams are supported.

It is very heartening to see more employers and organisations taking thoughtful steps in this direction, creating environments where teams keep going, feel cared for, energised and valued.

Many thanks to for having me. It was truly a joy and a pleasure.
