3. Performance - how well can you perform be it in trainings or competitions? Trainings are your mock exams for competitions, train hard, train smart and give it your best shot.. and 99% of the time you will do well while competing.

To your eyes, what gymnasts do so beautifully is easy👌 but it takes long hours of repetitive trainings, painful stretching, conditioning, precision, focus and mastering various apparatus while performing💪 and its NEVER easy!!
They falter, they make endless mistakes and repeat again and again to ensure flawless routines while competing. Their coach and team ensure stability to the work they train to do, but in the end they must learn to perfect on their own. This is the beauty of all sports.
