If you want to lose weight, it’s actually very simple.

You need to be in a calorie deficit.

That means your body needs to use more calories than you eat.

You can eat healthy food, you can eat unhealthy food, you can do cardio, you can train five times a week…

But if you eat more calories than your body needs, you will not lose weight.

Of course, food quality, protein, training and your daily activity are also important for your health and for keeping your muscle.

But when we talk about fat loss, the basic rule is simple:

Calorie deficit.

You don’t need a crazy diet. You don’t need to stop eating carbs. You just need a diet you can actually follow consistently.

Keep it simple, stay consistent, and the results will come.

If you’re ready to lose weight and finally change your lifestyle, DM me “START” and let’s get started.📩

“You don’t need to eat chicken and rice every day to get in shape.”

I’ve been using flexible dieting with almost all of my clients for years.

And the reason is simple: it’s much easier to maintain.

You can still eat healthy, hit your calories and protein, but you can also enjoy the foods you like.

You can go out with friends, eat at a restaurant, have a dessert — and still make progress.

Because for me, the goal is not to be perfect for 8 weeks.

The goal is to build a lifestyle you can follow for years.

So if you always start a diet and then quit after a few weeks, maybe the problem is not you.

Maybe your diet is just too restrictive.

If you want to learn how to eat for your goals without giving up your normal life, send me a DM. I can help you.📩

Why is tracking so important when working with a coach?

In any area of life, it’s hard to measure real progress if we don’t track what we are actually doing.

We need data.

Numbers help us understand what is really happening. They show us if something is working or not, help us see patterns, and when something is not working, they help us find the right solution.

That’s why I ask my online clients to track 4 things every day:

• Daily calorie intake
• Morning fasted body weight
• Daily step count
• Every workout

For clients who train with me in person several times a week, I ask them to track the first 3:

• Daily calorie intake
• Morning fasted body weight
• Daily step count

I track their workouts myself because I’m there with them.

The goal is not to become obsessed with numbers.

The goal is to stop guessing.

If something is not working, we don’t just guess what the problem might be. We look at the data, analyze it, understand what needs to change, make the right adjustments, and keep moving forward.

Track → Analyze → Adjust → Progress.

That’s one of the foundations of good coaching: making decisions based on real data and individual results.

READY TO STOP GUESSING?

START TRACKING. START PROGRESSING.

No more excuses. No more guessing.
Track the work. Get the results.
