[09/23/14] e have been experimenting a tea that seems be working well for weight loss and and/ or fat loss. It seems to be working quite well, 1/2 a tea mug of caffeinated green tea, a splash or orange or lime or lemon juice. and about 1/3 to 1/2 a teaspoon of Chyanne pepper, along with a b complex capsule. Take 2 times a day preferably before work out and lunch time
