Just popping in to say that I'm still here 👋

to one of my Antiguan sistas reaching out for assistance for stage and we had a little under three weeks to go!
This class is called Lady's Body Fitness, while I am a Bikini Fitness competitor - I have prepped athletes for more than 3 (Bikini, Figure, Mens Physique)classes, recently I have turned that number into 4 (Bodybuilding class).
Ive prepped athletes while heavily competing from as far back as 2015; so happy to continue growing and learning💪

Our local bodybuilders ended an amazing local circuit on September 9th, and are moving on to a huge regional championship in Aruba next weekend!
