It's been a while huh?

Just popping in to say that I'm still here 👋

to one of my Antiguan sistas reaching out for assistance for stage and we had a little under three weeks to go!
This class is called Lady's Body Fitness, while I am a Bikini Fitness competitor - I have prepped athletes for more than 3 (Bikini, Figure, Mens Physique)classes, recently I have turned that number into 4 (Bodybuilding class).
Ive prepped athletes while heavily competing from as far back as 2015; so happy to continue growing and learning💪

A window to opportunity🤍

Our local bodybuilders ended an amazing local circuit on September 9th, and are moving on to a huge regional championship in Aruba next weekend!

The Elite Pro Roger Boyce Classics 2023 is a wrap and i am happy to share my experience with you.
First of all i want to announce that i successfully defent my title and was recrowned the winner of the show and also got appointed as the Ambassador of the Caribbean for the Roger Boyce Elite Pro Classic.
Further more i can state that the amount of exposure i got during the period up to and after the show was tremendous. Now everybody in Barbados knows who Eddy is and what he does and what competitions he has planned ahead.
I really enjoyed the show amd everything thing that came along with it. Know it is upon me to inspire more athletes to do next year’s Roger Boyce Elite Pro Classics, because it has grown to be the biggest show in the region, where the best athletes gather to strive for their win.
This my was experience with u and hope to see u all with God’s grace at the next Roger Boyce event in 2024.
