Never give up. Good things need time , dedication and faith 🙏
🕉️ The highest expression of yoga asanas when they are performed not as isolated postures, but as a continuous flow. In this state, coordinated movement, breath regulation, and attentional focus synchronize, leading to measurable shifts in consciousness that extend beyond:
1️⃣ Physical matter (including the gross, subtle, and causal layers of bodily perception)
2️⃣ Time
3️⃣ Space
4️⃣ Thoughts (thought activity)

Technique is secondary - meditation is primary.
When we focus on the spirit, the body naturally becomes spiritualized, finding its most precise and harmonious form.
Celebrate each movement, each breath, with grace and awareness.
As we meditate on the Divine, divine qualities begin to manifest within us.

A soft and flexible body reflects the absence of inner blockages.
We can begin to achieve this through positive thoughts, mindful nutrition, and regular practice.
But true freedom the complete release from all inner blockages comes only when we surrender ourselves fully to the Divine.

Natural wear of the vertebrae is part of aging but not for yogis.
By moving and stretching the spine in six directions, we maintain its flexibility, vitality, and youth.
Through regular practice, a yogi not only halts this natural process but also revitalizes the entire nervous system.
6 essential spinal movements:
• Forward extension
• Backward bend
• Right twist
• Left twist
• Right side bend
• Left side bend
Keep your spine supple it’s the secret to staying youthful in body and mind.

Our hips are the foundation the very root of the spine. Without opening them, the rest of the spine cannot truly move with freedom and grace.
Start gently, hold each posture with stillness, and breathe deeply into the areas of tension.
Breath is the key through it, we transform discomfort into ease, and resistance into release.

🌸 The Four Principles of Yoga Practice
1️⃣ Stability – Once you reach the asana, don’t move.
Find stillness within your posture, and let your body and mind settle into perfect balance.
2️⃣ Effortlessness – Do not force the pose.
Let it unfold naturally, according to your capacity. True yoga begins when effort disappears.
3️⃣ Pleasure – Stay in one position for a long time until you get so much pleasure and satisfaction that you don't even want to leave the position
4️⃣ Union – Unite your self with infinity which mean existence knowledge and bliss
🕉️ Through these four principles, yoga becomes not just a practice, but a path toward peace and awakening.
