π¬ What. A. Weekend. π¬
The Dolphins made a huge splash at the Atlas Risk Solution Invitational 2026 this weekend and what a way to kick off the 2025β2026 season! After a long-awaited return to competition and extended weeks of hard training, our swimmers showed up ready to race under the leadership of Coach Dwight Vermeer, and the results spoke for themselves.
π₯ Every Dolphin swimmer clocked personal best times
π
Some swims even pushed into national-record territory
π₯ The grit, focus, and team spirit were on full display
A special shoutout to Holdson Jean-Fort, our Man of the Meet, who surprised teammates and opponents alike with an unforgettable performance.
π Another huge highlight was our youngest Dolphin, Xoey Aventurin, who made a massive impact competing against older swimmers and still medaling in her events. Simply incredible.
We couldnβt be prouder of this team, the leadership guiding them, and the families who support them every step of the way. This season is just getting started!
Go Dolphins! π¬π

πββοΈ Dolphin Swim Team T30 Challenge! πββοΈ
Today, the athletes of the Dolphin Swim Team took on the T30 Swim Test as part of their ongoing training program and we couldnβt be prouder of their effort, focus, and determination!
π‘ Whatβs the T30 Test?
The T30 (or βTimed 30β) is a continuous 30-minute swim where athletes aim to cover as much distance as possible. Itβs a great benchmark used by swim programs worldwide to track aerobic endurance, pacing skills, and overall conditioning. The results help swimmers and coaches measure progress and set training goals for the season.
Our swimmers showed incredible grit and pushed themselves from start to finish. Their progress is inspiring, and their commitment to improvement shines through every lap. ππ
Huge congratulations to all who participated. Keep up the amazing work, Dolphins! π¬πͺ
