On January 14th, Cboard was added to the Digital Public Goods Alliance DPG Registry! The goal of the DPGA and it’s registry is to promote digital public goods in order to create a more equitable world. To become a digital public good, all projects are required to meet the DPG Standard to ensure that projects truly encapsulate open source principles.

Our workshop alongside is coming up on January 14th! We will be discussing the topics above, including what AAC is and what options are available, as well as an introduction to Cboard (open source and high-tech option) and PicSeePal (a light-tech transportable housing for AAC boards). The free workshop is "sold-out", but we may hold more in the future so if you are interested and would like another workshop, comment below or get in touch with us.
