Connect with yourself, others, and the Universe ✨

A simple chant, even one that lasts only a few seconds, can make a real difference. It helps us reconnect with ourselves, with those around us, and with the world we are part of.

🎶 Singing can:

✨Regulate the breath and calm the nervous system.
✨Support emotional balance.
✨Bring a sense of peace and presence.
✨Foster connection, joy, and belonging.
✨Increase focus, creativity, and wellbeing.

A simple chant or verse at the beginning of the day, before a class, or as part of a daily routine can transform the atmosphere, not only for children and students, but also for us as facilitators, parents, and caregivers.

I learned the words of this verse from a traditional Waldorf Education morning verse and later created my own melody for it. You can listen to it on Spotify and other music platforms.

Throughout the program, we’ll explore a variety of chants and verses for different moments of the day, daily routines, the seasons, and for connecting with different aspects of ourselves. We’ll also learn simple, practical techniques to regulate our energy according to how we feel, along with easy practices you can share with your students, children, or family.

The program also includes an interactive e-book with audio recordings, lyrics, practical exercises, reflections, and simple activities to help you integrate these practices into your everyday life. It is designed as a resource you can return to again and again, supporting you in bringing these tools into your home, classroom, or community with confidence and joy.
You are warmly invited to cultivate these simple yet powerful practices together, so they become natural habits that bring more joy, connection, and wellbeing into everyday life.

This video is an extract from my visit last year to a beautiful holistic kindergarten in Pondicherry, Tamil Nadu, India, where I had the joy of sharing music and movement with the children.

💛 I’d love for you to join me on this journey of voice, connection, and joyful presence. If this resonates with you, send me a DM and I’ll be happy to share all the details about the program.

Simple Chants, Powerful Intentions ✨

In my free masterclass yesterday, an introductory journey through my program for educators, we connected with ourselves through singing, movement, relaxation, and play.

I love creating simple chants that help us reconnect with what truly matters. Sometimes the simplest words carry the greatest power.

Setting intentions through singing is deeply transformative. Intentions are more than words; they are the feelings and actions that guide us toward our dreams. When we sing our intentions and embody them through movement, they become even more powerful.

🎶
LOVE IN MY HEART
PEACE IN MY MIND
HEALTH IN MY BODY
HARMONY ALL AROUND
🎶

This video is an extract from my visit to Joyful English in Pondicherry, Tamil Nadu, South of India. An inspiring place where children learn through songs, drama, and movement.

This simple chant can be used to begin or end your day, before meals, or whenever you want to pause, breathe, and reconnect with a higher vibration.
Our lives are shaped by our daily habits. The more habits of well-being we cultivate, the more aligned we become with enjoying the present moment, appreciating what surrounds us, and moving towards what we truly want to create in our lives.

This weekend I’m beginning my 4-session program for educators, where we’ll explore practical tools for self-care and well-being through mindfulness, breathwork, voice, movement, songs, chants, relaxation, and playful practices that can easily be integrated into everyday life and shared with students.

The masterclass was a glimpse of the program, a chance for you to get to know me and experience these practices firsthand. But for these practices to truly transform our lives, we need to find simple and joyful ways to integrate them into our daily routines.
This program is a synthesis of almost a lifetime of experience in language teaching and learning, Postural Yoga Therapy, mindfulness, music, singing, dance, and creating joyful spaces for connection, learning, and well-being.

This is the first time I’m offering the program in this online format, so I’m launching it at a special introductory price.

✨Reflections on Oleg testimonial

As adults, we spend so much of our lives in our minds that we often lose connection with our bodies.
Children remind us of something different. They live more fully in the present. They move, play, express, and let emotions flow without holding on to them for too long.

When we sing and dance, we also enter that space of presence. We come back to the here and now.
Embodiment is at the heart of my sessions—a gentle invitation to reconnect body, mind, heart, emotions, and spirit through singing, movement, breathing, moments of stillness, and relaxation.

I’m so grateful to share this beautiful testimonial from someone who described feeling like a child again, reconnecting with his body and experiencing a deep sense of presence. Witnessing these experiences is what inspires me to continue sharing these offerings. 💛

If you’d like to get a taste of these practices, learn more about my programs for parents and educators, or simply reconnect with your inner child and experience more joy, freedom, and connection, I’d love to welcome you to my FREE online session tomorrow.

✨Music brings people together 💛

I love sharing simple chants that help us reconnect with our hearts.
Last week, during a tea and meditation gathering organized by , everyone attending happened to be from Russia. I shared one of my favorite chants to connect with our inner and outer nature and the elements, and then I invited them to teach me the same chant in Russian.

It became such a joyful and playful moment! A beautiful reminder that music is a universal language and that we are all both teachers and students, learning from one another.

✨Joy, Self Care & Wellbeing for educators ✨

It is so heartwarming to see parents and teachers giving themselves the gift of joy, self-care, and wellbeing. 💛

One of my greatest joys is to sing, dance, laugh, and create these spaces together with you. Witnessing the smiles, the connection, and the positive impact these practices have on your lives is what inspires me to keep sharing them.

A special thank you to Jessi, a child nutritionist, for sharing such a beautiful testimonial. I also love that someone who spends so much of her life nurturing the wellbeing of children and their families is also taking time to nurture herself. That is such a beautiful reminder that those who care for others deserve to be cared for too. ✨

This Saturday I’m offering a FREE online session for those who have already experienced these practices and would like to reconnect, as well as for anyone who is curious to try them for the very first time.
Come and experience the joy of singing, moving, breathing, and reconnecting with yourself. After the session, you’ll also learn more about the different programs I offer and how they can support your wellbeing.

I’d love to welcome you. 💛

Today it is Guru Purnima, a day to honor our teachers and all those who guide us on our journey. It also reminds me that we are all teachers and students, continually learning from one another. In that spirit, I’d love to welcome you this Saturday to share, connect, and celebrate the joy of learning together.

DM to book your spot.

✨ Joy, Self Care & Wellbeing for Educators
💫 A glimpse into the experience

It fills me with so much joy to see educators, parents, and adults singing, dancing, playing, and reconnecting with themselves.

I truly believe that the more we allow ourselves to play, the more we cultivate qualities that enrich our lives: innocence, flexibility, creativity, resilience, and joy. This is not only my personal experience, it is something I witness again and again in my sessions and workshops.
When we give ourselves permission to explore our voice and move our bodies without judgment, something beautiful happens. We become more present, more authentic, and freer.

Throughout the years, working in many different schools, one thing has never made sense to me: the people who dedicate so much love, energy, and care to children often leave very little space to nurture themselves.

Self-care is not a luxury, it is essential. It is urgent.
Children learn far more from what we embody than from what we say.

One of the greatest gifts we can offer ourselves, and those around us, is to nourish our body, mind, and heart with practices that bring us back to balance, creativity, and connection.

That is why I created these programs, sharing the practices that have deeply supported me throughout my own journey as a language teacher, Postural Yoga Therapy instructor lifelong explorer of music, movement, and wellbeing.

Every session I offer is an invitation to care for the incredible temple we inhabit: our body, mind, and soul.
This video is a glimpse of one of my Joy, Self Care & Wellbeing and Sing & Dance with Lalita offerings for the educators of Auroville, India, in 2025.

It was such an honour to share this experience with this inspiring community. Auroville has long been one of my greatest inspirations, a place where education, sustainability, technology, creativity, and spirituality come together. Every visit leaves me learning something new, and I always feel grateful to both learn and contribute.

May we continue creating spaces where adults remember that they, too, deserve to play, sing, move, and be cared for.

✨The Magic of Singing & Dancing together ✨

When our voices come together, we experience a powerful sense of community. Our voices grow stronger, and for a moment, we become one.
Inviting people to sing and dance is one of my favorite things. I never know what individual and collective magic might unfold. For instance here, I love watching those two boys playfully challenge each other to dance, laugh, and be silly. I
One of the most inspiring moments came from Indira, the eldest participant. While we were singing, she encouraged everyone to dance more freely. Her spark was contagious, awakening admiration in all of us. In the days that followed, I invited her to share talks with the community and some sessions. She is an art therapist for children with special needs, knits sweaters every day to give to children in need and she learned English at the age of 60, and now teaches others. So i inspiring!

I love sharing simple chants and movements because there is greatness in simplicity. It is through simple practices that we connect with ourselves, with each other, and with the beauty that already exists within and around us.

This is a small glimpse of our celebration for World Environment Day at my beloved Deer Park. During those days, there was a retreat for parents and kids and the organizers invited anyone who wished to facilitate an activity. Even children also shared their gifts! Together with the wonderful teens from Bir, with whom I had been sharing creative English sessions, we offered a Sing & Dance circle. We shared simple chants and invited everyone to join.

Music, movement, and play are universal languages. They bring generations together, dissolve barriers, and create spaces where we can simply be present and experience our divinity.

If you’d like to experience this for yourself, with your school, team, or with your family, I created the Sing & Dance program to share the magic of these simple yet powerful practices. I also host a weekly online session to support you in integrating these practices into your everyday life.
