Coming in as one of the last Scale Teams to register, Team Bad Knees had something to prove and they delivered. 💪

With a deep well of competition experience, they stepped onto the floor with confidence and grit, putting on an impressive performance despite having no practice together. Their chemistry, determination, and resilience were on full display from start to finish.

They brought the house down with a thrilling heavy lifting finale that had the crowd on their feet, capping off an unforgettable run.

Funkfit Games 2026 Crowns New “Fittest on the Rock” Athletes🇦🇸🇦🇸🇦🇸

This past weekend, Funkfit American Samoa proudly hosted its 6th annual Budlight Funkfit Games, bringing together dedicated athletes, supporters, and fitness enthusiasts for an unforgettable display of strength, endurance, and teamwork.

Teams from across the community competed in four grueling workouts designed to test both physical and mental resilience. Events included a challenging paddling workout, high-endurance barbell and rope work, a heavy barbell complex lifting challenge, and an intense team chipper that pushed athletes to their limits.

After an action-packed competition, the following teams earned the prestigious title of “Fittest on the Rock” in their respective divisions:
