Talent4LIFE - Talent management for staff retention processes

The Talent4LIFE project aims to improve employee retention based on a talent management approach.

This international project has been set up for improving talent management processes, including staff rentention and staff development. It focuses on employees aged 45+ of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises). During the project lifetime, there will be:
- an explorative research investigating the state of the art of European SMEs in terms of talent management focusing on employees 45+,
