for everyone following my journey for years 🖤 we have come a long way, you have seen me going through so many different phases and recently you see more of my “all black outfits”, techno, fitness, rave and dj era
team, i’m not afraid to change, to outgrow old versions of myself, to learn and try new things, never - and i want the same for you. it doesn’t matter if there are people not understanding why you do what you. you can only grow if you risk, step out of your comfort zone and keep evolving
I’m still little Anna and I still have my core values and the goal to help as many people as I can to MOVE, to feel strong and confident. the goal is always the same 🖤
and yes, we keep moving, we keep working out from home BUT ALSO WE KEEP GROWING - I started DJing to host and play my sets at raves, so we don’t just sweat on the workout mat together but also in a new way: we dance, we bounce, we connect on the dancefloor!
this new era is me trying to connect MOVEMENT AND MUSIC, and to everyone reading all this and deciding to keep following this journey: I’M EXCITED! we are just getting started and we KEEP CHANGING and WE KEEP GROWING 🖤 I hope little me would be proud reading and seeing this
