The leading international organisation for researching and promoting snow sports safety The next meeting is scheduled for Argentina in August 2013

Meeting every two years, the ISSS brings together researchers and interested parties from a wide range of backgrounds to discuss and debate the latest research and developments in the field of snow sports safety. Participants include ski area doctors, epidemiologists, biomechanical engineers, ski industry manufacturers, ski area managers, ski patrollers and more. Each Congress lasts for a full week and ISSS meetings are reknowned for their inclusive and friendly atmosphere.
