Yin Zen: Finding Inner Peace - a relaxing Yin Yoga session, followed by a fun chat&tea session😄 What a great way to end a Monday and look forward to the week!💗

Yin Yoga may not seem “difficult” when it comes to the positions of the body, but it can be emotionally challenging, as it invites you to embrace stillness. To just be with yourself. And this is something that we barely have the chance to do nowadays, when life is busy and we are always doing something.

Finding peace in this, initial discomfort, of being still and just allowing yourself to be…is a beautiful gift of Yin💗

So why are we opening tomorrow, on a Tuesday, and not today?

Tuesday is the day of Ganesha, known as the God of New beginnings and Remover of obstacles. So it is an auspicious day to start this new journey, and let the sacred energy of the day bless our new beginning 💗🙏🏻

😄Fun fact: I got this Ganesh statue during my trip to southern India, and it has been moving around with me to different countries and homes in the past years…Now it will have a very special place in the studio😌
