Good afternoon everyone,

I hope you’re all well. I want to thank you for your patience and understanding during my recent absence — there has been a lot happening behind the scenes as I work through an exciting rebrand and restructure of how I deliver my services.

As part of this transition, I will no longer be offering group training sessions. Moving forward, all face-to-face training will be focused exclusively on one-on-one personal training.

That said, I’ve been trialling a new approach to bring the energy and structure of both group and personalised training schedules into a more flexible and affordable format. I’ll soon be rolling out programming through an app called TrueCoach, which will allow you to access tailored workouts and stay connected with your goals — anytime, anywhere.

Rest assured, if you received a discount voucher at the end of our most recent bootcamp, it will still be honoured. These vouchers will be valid for use in both one-on-one personal training sessions and remote training through the TrueCoach app.

More details to come soon, and I’m excited to share what’s ahead.

I’ve been working my bum off the last couple weeks trying to get two assignments done! I finally finished them today (yay!) so decided to treat myself to chips and gravy for lunch!
