Geocaching Gems A Hidden World of Adventure

What a fantastic day out yesterday for the Geocaching Gems team! I recruited a couple of friends for a drive out to Aldinga to find a couple of caches with high favourite points.
One of them had cached once and the other never had. We made such a great team and we hit a big milestone for me.
This cache happened to be my 200th find. What a beautiful area to find it. Great place to go for a walk and spend time in nature. We even saw some kangaroos resting not too far away.

Wonder what the different cache sizes are? Here's a handy infographic to give you an idea of what you're looking for. I actually DID find a cache in a wheelie bin once. WhiteKatt, Flame (the geodog) and I found this beautiful park tucked away just off South Road thanks to a mystery cache I’d solved. Could not find the cache though. Still, it was a peaceful place to sit! What has been your most frustrating DNF? Come join us at https://geocachinggems.wordpress.com/

That feeling when you finally find a cache you’d given up on after an extensive search. Sometimes it helps to come back when you’ve had more experience as a cacher. I’m happy to be able to add this smilie to my collection!
