The Pat, our championship course is the equal of many private clubs but without the fees… and our dress code is designed for sport not St Andrews. It’s the place to hold a serious annual tournament, have a social hit with a few mates after work or to enjoy a relaxing holiday round. The Short Course is a versatile facility where you can enjoy a quick round to polish up your short game or start as a golfing beginner . For families enjoying our extensive accommodation facilities there is also our fun MiniGolf course. 🏆 We're thrilled to share some exciting news!

The Pat GC has been named Golf Australia's 2026 Most Outstanding Club, Facility or Place to Play (Metropolitan).

This award recognises the incredible people who make The Pat GC what it is today.

A huge thank you to our Golf, Course Maintenance adn Customer Experience teams, who work hard every day to create a welcoming experience for everyone who visits.

We're also grateful for the wonderful partnership we have with Westward Ho Golf Club. Together we've built a fantastic golfing community, and we're proud to celebrate this achievement with their members, volunteers and committee.

Most importantly, thank you to our players, members, juniors, schools, community groups and visitors who continue to support The Pat GC.

Today we recognise and celebrate our Superintendents, Mike Bosley - Course Superintendent and Jason Churchill - Assistant Superintendent , for the fabulous job they do keeping The Pat GC in such great condition. 🌱⛳️

They lead and support a dedicated team and help create a workplace where people can do their best work.

Their commitment to the course has also played an important role in helping us achieve our National Environmental Award - a fantastic achievement that reflects the care and dedication they put into everything they do. 🌿🏆

⛳ Exciting progress on our course extension!

Work on extending our short course from 15 to 18 holes is well underway, and things are really starting to take shape. Here’s the latest progress:

🏌️ All greens and tees have been shaped
🌱 All tees have been turfed
⛳ One of the three new greens has been turfed
🌿 All greens are expected to be turfed shortly

It’s fantastic to see the new holes coming together, and we’re looking forward to sharing more updates as the work continues.
