WINNER🏅The champion of the BFT Noarlunga 8-week challenge coming in at 1ST Place is Stephanie! She's a total powerhouse, shedding 9.5 kg of body weight and incinerating 8.2 kg of body fat while maintaining her skeletal muscle mass. With a remarkable 4% drop in body fat percentage, Stephanie's commitment and consistency has paid off!

🥈 Second place goes to Maggie! She conquered the BFT 8-week challenge by losing 6.7 kg of body weight, a whopping 6.5 kg of body fat melted away. With a slight gain of 0.1 kg in skeletal muscle mass, she impressively slashed her body fat percentage by 5.8%! Amazing dedication, Maggie!
