EDDIE KINGSTON QUITS AEW
Sorry I have posted in a long time team, work is super busy and I don't have the bandwidth to do it all. But I just had to post about the Mad King quiting AEW.
Obviously this is a work and Eddie will now be on Ring Of Honour but I'm still bummed by this. Eddie is by far one of the best things in AEW.
It's a pretty bold strategy but it's the first time I have actually had to really consider subscribing to Honour Club.
What's your thoughts?

A GREAT EXAMPLE OF PROFESSIONAL WRESTLING
Orange Cassidy vs Katsuyori Shibata was a example of how great professional wrestling can be.
I appreciated Excalibur narrating the video package explaining Shibata's history. I had no idea about the life threatening brain injury.
What made the match great was the moments of levity peppered throughout the match. Between Shibata's stiff strikes and technical expertise, Orange and Shibata copying each other's bits was funny.
Shibata went on to lose the match but looked strong in the process. Orange went over but Shibata got over, as the adage goes.

ALL WILL SUFFER
On this week's Dynamite, we saw a video package from the House of Black. Included in the video was Malakai Black, Brodie King and Julia Hart. Notable due to his absence was Buddy Mathews.
This was a really cool video package, alluding to the resurrection of the House of Black. I really hope they can get a decent push this time. Hopefully, without the Codyverse taking all the steam it will happen.
This seems as though we can put the Malakai to WWE rumor to bed but may confirm Buddy's departure.

IS SARAYA CLEARED TO WRESTLE?
Dave Melter reported that Saraya was not medically cleared to wrestle. Saraya tweeted a response stating 'ignore the dirt sheet clickbait. See ya Wednesday.'
Well, Wednesday came and we still don't have a genuine answer to if Saraya is cleared to wrestle.
She came to the ring and cut a decent promo bout how she is the revolution in the AEW women's locker room. She then brought Toni Storm and the baby faces out to give give them their flowers.
Of course Brit Baker took exception to someone else elevating themselves as the leader of the women's locker room. They had a heated exchange prior to Serena Deeb v Toni Storm match. Saraya told Brit that due to the interference, she convinced Tony Khan to match it a Lumber Jack match. Interestingly, Saraya, wasn't a lumber jack but was on commentary instead.
I sincerely hope Saraya is medically cleared, even though I wasn't watching WWE when she was performing. The pop she gets tells me people are excited to see her.

RING OF JERICHO
Chris Jericho defended the Ring Of Honour world title against Bandito in decent match. I enjoyed the stalling suplex and Bandito's refusal to submit to the Walls of Jericho. Chris got the win using the Lion Tamer after pulling Bandito's mask over his eyes.
What was most interesting, however, was Jericho's post match promo. He told use that he going to desecrate RoH's legacy and legends, beating all its great champions, starting with Bryan Danielson.
'Great' Champions is an interesting choice of words. It gives AEW an out when they are unable or unwilling to book a former ROH champion *cough CM Punk cough*.
Chris Jericho has made the RoH world title relevant again. This story line should be compelling and has potential for some great feuds and matches. I'm super keen for this inevitably leads to a Jericho vs Samoa Joe match.

JUNGLE BOY JACK PERRY & REY FENIX STOLE THE SHOW
It's no secret that I enjoy stiff wrestling as much as I enjoy high flying lucha style wrestling. This match brought both. I was expecting a high flying spectacular. I was not expecting such a stiff match. Jack and Rey chopped each other to oblivion. It was glorious!
Jungle Boy has been one of the pillars since the inception of AEW, probably the one that has taken the most time to pay dividends but his rise is finally here.
Rey Fenix has been amazing since before AEW and continues to defy gravity and amaze audiences with his skills. I would love to see Rey have singles run with the TNT Title at some point.

THE ACCLAIMED HAVE ARRIVED
At AEW Dynamite Grand Slam The Acclaimed, Max Caster and Anthony Bowens, took on Swerve in Our Glory, Swerve Strickland and Keith Lee, for the Tag Team championship.
The Acclaimed is a great example of All Elite Wrestling building home grown stars. Both these young guys are from the indies and TK saw they would make a good tag team. They were given time to pay their dues, which they did, and now they are reaping the benefits.
Whilst it is unclear why The Acclaimed had a rematch for the tag titles after losing clean to Swerve and Lee at All Out, the crowd was 100% on Caster and Bowens side.
Swerve tried to take the low road by hitting Max with the boom box but missed and hit Keith Lee. This will likely be a plot point moving forward with an eventual feud between Swerve and Keith Lee.
The Acclaimed got the win after Billy Gunn hit the famassor on Swerve Strickland the outside and Anthony Bowens followed up with the Arrival.
The crowed became unglued ask put by Excalibur. I was pleased to see AEW home grown stars get the titles. This something I want to see more of moving forward.

WHAT A SPECTACLE OF A MATCH
The Elite vs United Empire was a chaotic mess in the best way possible. Bodies were going every where, compression shirts being ripped off, Will Osprey defining physics. This match was a gripping and had heart in your throat moments all over the place. Matt Jackson kicking out of what I'm calling a modified Indy Taker was a great spot. I had already had the finish of the match spoiled by facebook but I was still was on the edge of my seat
The story of this match was the ongoing feud between Kenny Omega and Will Osprey. The Young Bucks and Aussie Open were bit players in the overall story being told here. As Don Calais said, they are both generational talents. They are testing each other, pushing each to their limits.
I've said it before, Tony Khan needs to pay Will Osprey what ever he wants to sign he to AEW when his contract is up. Osprey is a extremely unique talent, there are not many people who can do what he does. The feud with Kenny is a draw and there are some many guys in AEW that Osprey would be able to have epic matches with.
There must have an an Aussie in the crowd because I heard someone start an Aussie Aussie Aussie Oi Oi Oi chant for Aussie Open.
The Elite got the win, which was to be expected, going on to the finals at All Out to face either The Best Friends or Dark Order and Hangman Adam Page.

TRIOS TITLES PREDICTION
The Trios Titles are going to be decided at All Out. As it stands, The Elite are taking on United Empire and Dark Order are taking on the Best friends. I'm predicting that it will be The Elite vs Dark Order in the final.
I think it will be a competitive match but The Elite will be just about to win it and Adam Cole and the Undisputed will interfere giving Dark Order the win. This will set off the long awaited feud between Kenny and Adam Cole.
What your All Out predictions?
