WHAT'S 10X?
New to Australia, 10X is a ground-breaking approach to working out based on 2 weekly routines during which you’ll safely push your muscles to your own maximum. You’ll be done, dusted, and carrying on with the rest of your day after no more than 15 minutes. I’ll teach you how to do the core 10X Alpha workout which focuses on your legs, lats, chest, arms, and shoulders.

Once you’ve experienced 10X, you’ll never work out in the same way again.

WHY DO 10X?
Whether at the gym or working out from home, the main reasons people stop are;
- a lack of or even no results,
- boredom
- never been taught a process of how to do a workout
- get fed up with it taking up hours and hours of their precious time
- lack of support from someone to guide and keep them motivated

10X is a simple routine for the whole body which you’ll be able to complete in no more than 15 minutes. As you become more experienced and stronger, the chances are you’ll be finished in under 10.

Not knowing your results will be a thing of the past. I’ll teach you the simple things to focus on and how to track your data so that you’ll be able to easily monitor your progress and know just how strong you actually are.

As a bare minimum, preservation of strength and muscle quality is essential for your quality of life. 10X gives your body the mechanical, metabolic, and physiological activity it needs in the shortest time possible.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM 10X?
Following the 10X method will quickly lead you to strength gain, lean muscle mass gain, weight loss and improved endurance. Your body will be thoroughly worked out and if spending hours in the gym is the thing you hate the most then you’re going to be very happy because after only 15 minutes you’ll be getting on with the rest of your day.

WHO IS 10X FOR?
10X is suitable for all levels of ability as you’ll be working at your own maximum. If you’re already as strong as an ox, then you’ll train at that level. If you’re just starting out or recovering from an injury, then you’ll select the weight that’s right for you. The important thing during the routine is to take your muscles to their current max and you’ll quickly progress from there.

Grab a mate, choose an activity, try and get yourself a new PB and help them do the same.

Personal Best or 'PB' is really just a placeholder for any kind of progress whether that be your fastest time, your longest distance, getting started on that project you've been thinking about or simply just taking a break to spend time outdoors.

The most important thing is to feel good, laugh and have a good old yarn (even if what you talk about is complete nonsense).

More proof that the biggest benefit of getting your diet right isn't always weight loss.

One of my clients achieved amazing improvements to blood sugar levels during their Wildit 90 Day Challenge.

Given they were dangerously high at the start this was such a huge win.

I spotted this Lion King ‘Simba’ rock along the coastal route of South Australia’s beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula during a recent family holiday.

I was recently asked what it feels like to live Wildfit and used this photo to explain.
You see, living a certain way (that is not a diet) provides certainty. You know where you stand with yourself and the food you eat which means you don’t yo-yo around with a whole mishmash of things trying to get results, fuelled by willpower. It doesn’t mean boredom or limited options, rather the right food choices for the results you want to see day-in-day-out, month-in-month-out.

And when you keep stacking the time you spend doing this you build great momentum which makes you feel strong.
Strong and confident enough to stand on the rock of life and ROAARRRRR!

Just like Simba.

And it feels damn good.

Rug up and get your souperhero cape on - it's winter Down Under which means soup season has begun. Spare a thought for us, it's been 15 degrees C today. 😂

It's hard work getting my kids to eat veggies but this one gets zero complaints from them.

My fussy eater middle daughter has even asked to take the leftovers for her school lunch tomorrow. Little win but big win!

This one is Pumpkin, Sweet Potato and Carrot

Ingredients as follows;
1 large sweet potato
Half a pumpkin
3 carrots
Half an onion
Clove of garlic
1 can of Ayam Coconut Cream
1L Maggie Beer stock (it's not Beer Stock, that's just Maggie's surname) 😂

For me, some things have had to happen in a certain order. I call them my Freedoms.

Food Freedom led to massive energy and workload capacity to fix my miserable career path. This gave me Work Freedom to truly work on the things that mean so much to me and make me incredibly happy which includes coaching others through the amazing transformational health program - Wildfit.

And the result off the back of those 2 things is what I call Life Freedom... Freedom to be with my wife and kids when I like, Freedom to work wherever I like and Freedom to be there for all the little things whether good, bad or indifferent.

So many people are desperate to lose weight, it's scary.

And the average adult will spend 32 years of their life on some kind of diet. That's even scarier!

But the scariest thing is that too many people do not realise or understand that the best way to lose weight is to not even go on a diet in the first place.

What's more, when you stop obsessing about weight loss and instead embrace the vast range of other health benefits available by making some positive changes to the food you eat, you may be staggered to realise 2 things...

1) the most important health breakthrough wasn't even weight loss in the first place, and

2) you lose weight anyway

So, on that note...

Long live Wildfit.

What's your #1 kitchen appliance?

By far, mine is the blender - for smoothies and soups - it's simply invaluable.

Closely followed by the dishwasher 'cos washing dishes is about as interesting as ironing.

And in 3rd place, my kids (for when the dishwasher breaks). 😂
