We have great empathy for those we love. I subconsciously crashed into a sandbank with my shoulder while out surf ski training yesterday to be out in sympathy with my dog, who has a sore paw. Like dog, like owner!
Life will have its wicked way with you. What comes next, how you respond, how you get back on top… That’s what matters.
The ultimate random act of kindness + blood pressure check + haemaglobin check + snack, lie down and time to chill. Love it. Do it + post it to encourage others.
Front load your day with habits that make you feel better. Then no matter what happens you started your day with a positive intention and more importantly positive action. Get on it.
Find yourself a little challenges that help build a positive psychology, adaptability, and resilience. I don’t need to be big challenges but this is about preparing your mind in a positive way to accept challenges. Go well out there.
